HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it, by following the steps below:

Register your return request:

by emailing Customer Support to request a form [email protected]

or

by logging into your customer account on https://aig-limited.com/account. Simply click on "return items" in the order. This link will be available within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.

Make sure the items are in their original condition and that all labels are attached. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to refund you.

Place the items in their original packaging. You do not need to add a returns form inside your package.

Seal your package and affix the prepaid return label received by email.

Drop off your package at one of the courier's collection points. You can find a list of collection points by selecting the link in the email confirming the registration of your return. Alternatively, choose an address and time you would like the courier to collect the return package.

We recommend that you check that the courier scans your parcel at the time of collection, to ensure that your return can be tracked. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, our teams will perform a quality check within the following few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days.

To be accepted and refunded, the return should comply with the following conditions :

Garments must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and with their original labels.

Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original condition (including the soles). They must be returned in their original boxes within an exterior packing box.

Personalised products cannot be returned.

AIG Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the above conditions.

The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Achilles Ion Gabriel Ltd] (henceforth: AIG Ltd; may be referred to as “us” and “we”). Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. PLACING ORDER

Your purchase of any of the products offered on the Website (“Products”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions and by placing an order for any Product, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of Products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of Products to the shopping bag.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging your order and including your order number, details of the Product or Products you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the Product(s) ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order and these Terms and Conditions. The contract between you and us in relation to the Product(s) ordered (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email or pick-up notification email. After entering into the Contract, we will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the Contract. Please note that the Contract will only relate to the Product(s) which have been confirmed in the shipping confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Product(s) which may have been part of your order until such Product(s) have been confirmed in a separate shipping confirmation email. Please note that AIG Ltd does not guarantee that all Products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase at the time of your order. If a Product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

AIG Ltd’ goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colours. AIG Ltd cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Any information on the Website regarding sizing of Products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order.

PRICES

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and AIG Ltd is not bound by the price until AIG Ltd has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. AIG Ltd always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will refund you the amount of the purchase. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase. Please also note that AIG Ltd may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by AIG Ltd under the condition that you realise or should have realised that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

PAYMENTS

The following payments are accepted.

Credit cards and debit cards

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express Payments can also be made by the following debit cards: Visa and Maestro. (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your credit card is valid for online purchases).The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note that the funds will be reserved once you place the order using a credit or a debit card, however the amount will not be captured until we ship your order. We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once your order has been shipped. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to AIG Ltd, your order will be cancelled. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

Paypal

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.

Gift Cards

When placing an order using a gift card as payment, the order can only be shipped to the same country as to where the gift card was issued. AIG Ltd are unable to change the currency of the gift card. Gift cards are valid one year from the date when they were purchased.

DELIVERY

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage. Your order will be delivered by DHL to the shipping address you have indicated. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. All orders are fully traceable on the Website by logging in to My account. Click “My Orders” and fill in the tracking number for updated information about your shipment.

Shipping methods

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

First-time order policy

For security purposes, AIG Ltd reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Except in relation to certain Products, you are entitled to return the Product(s) you have purchased at any time before your order is delivered and up to 14 days afterwards, beginning on the day after your order (in its entirety) is delivered. In order to exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us [email protected] by means of an unambiguous notification (e.g. through letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to return the Product(s), including your name, address and order reference. You may electronically complete and submit the cancellation form provided on our Website. This is, however, not compulsory. In order to receive a refund for the Product(s) you must return the Products and/or send the notification that you wish to return the Products within the 14 day period referred to above. You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of the following Product(s):

Product(s) that have been personalised such having your initials on your Product(s) or having Product(s) made to your own bespoke specifications (if we offer such options); unless such Product(s) were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered.
You must return the Product(s) to us within 14 days after the day of notifying us that you wish to return the Product(s). The returned Product(s) must be in the same condition in which you receive them (which does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the Product(s) and make sure they conform to your order). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to your having used the Product(s)), up to the price of the Product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. We will refund all payments that we have received from you including the costs of delivery (except any additional costs that result from you having chosen a different method of delivery than the cheaper method offered by us). You can view your orders and must request a return or exchange item for any unwanted items.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
Close the box and tape it securely.
Place the return information label and the already paid return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
Visit www.ups.com and click “Contact ups” and the bottom left of the screen.
Call DHL customer service to arrange a collection.

We prefer that products are returned through AIG Ltd return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Civil Act you are entitled to complain about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify AIG Ltd within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If AIG Ltd consider the products to be defective, AIG Ltd will make a full refund including shipping costs.
